30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

• The product packaging is unopened, untampered with, and factory sealed (where applicable).

Sanitary Products

Because our products are considered sanitary and hygiene-sensitive items, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been:

• Opened or unsealed.

• Used or tested.

• Damaged.

• Returned with packaging that has been tampered with, altered, or is no longer in its original sealed condition.

Any return received with a broken seal, opened packaging, or evidence of tampering will be rejected and may be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of, where permitted by law.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

After we receive and inspect the product, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
